DC Comics Sends "Booster Gold" #1 Back to Press for Second Printing

With BOOSTER GOLD #1 now sold out at DC Comics, this explosive first issue is going back to press for a new, second printing.

"BOOSTER GOLD #1 a sellout? Why not? If any hero gets linked with economic success, shouldn't it be Booster Gold?" says artist Dan Jurgens. "In all sincerity, this is great news. Scheduled to arrive in stores on October 3, BOOSTER GOLD #1 Second Printing (JUL078220) will feature a recolored version of the original cover by Dan Jurgens & Norm Rapmund.

To ensure delivery on October 3, retailers must place orders by Sunday, September 23. Please note that quantities will be limited and may sell out before September 23. This issue will not be offered on Final Order Cutoff.

In addition, retailers who place orders by September 23 will qualify to order the BOOSTER GOLD #1 Variant Edition, featuring a cover by Arthur Adams. Qualifying retailers may order one copy of the BOOSTER GOLD #1 Variant Edition (under the new item code JUL078221) for every 10 copies of the BOOSTER GOLD #1 Second Printing (JUL078220) ordered.

Upcoming issues of BOOSTER GOLD are available as follows:

  • BOOSTER GOLD #2 (JUL070189) is available for advance reorder and is scheduled to arrive in stores on September 12.
  • BOOSTER GOLD #3 (AUG070220) is solicited in the August Previews and is scheduled to arrive in stores on October 10.
  • BOOSTER GOLD #4 9 (SEP070164) is solicited in the September Previews annd is scheduled to arrive in stores on November 14.
