The Hero Initiative and Romita have gone out of their way to make each of four events special in its own way. The events include:

"I've always been proud of my association with The Hero Initiative," said John Romita Sr. "It's great that we're able to give back to so many of the artists who helped found the wonderful comics business. I hope these charity auctions go for a lot of money, as it goes to such a great cause. Virginia and I are looking forward to meeting some great art-lovers, and having a fun time!"
