Meet four of the best international artists working in American comic books in a rare in-store appearance. Scheduled guests:

• JULIAN LOPEZ

• FERNANDO BLANCO

• CAFU

• M.A. SEPULVEDA

The artists all hail from Spain and are looking forward to their first signing in an american comic book store.

- JULIAN LOPEZ is the penciler of the popular new series BATMAN AND THE OUTSIDERS. Prior to that, he did WONDER WOMAN 13, and the covers for JLA Confidential 47 & 48, also for DC Comics. He's one of the most talented new artists in the biz!

- FERNANDO BLANCO is known not only as a penciler, but also as a finisher and inker. Currently the ongoing artist for Dynamite's ARMY OF DARKNESS (having also helped on the last two issues of the Marvel Zombies Vs. AoD crossover), and has previously worked on books like MANHUNTER, CHECKMATE, and FALLEN ANGEL, to name a few. A multifaceted artist with a penchant for perfectionism.

- CAFU started working for Marvel Comics last year, on the MARVEL ADVENTURES AVENGERS title (issues 16 and 17). He's also worked on X-MEN: DIE BY THE SWORD. Currently working on BLACK PANTHER, also for Marvel, and he's just finished issue 35, his second on the book. The only bad thing abut this guy? He's so young it's insulting! And hey, now you have the chance to tell him in person!

- M.A. SEPULVEDA made a splash with his debut for Marvel Comics on the MARVEL ILLUSTRATED line, pencilling the adaptation of Homer's THE ILIAD, and he's now working on the 5th issue of this 8-issue miniseries. The level of dynamics, details and research he's put into this project is second to none and the greek gods foretell he has a bright future ahead of him!!!
