Anti-Venom to Debut in August

EW.com premiered this morning what Marvel Comics is hoping will be the newest major villain of the Spider-Man mythos, Anti-Venom. Depicted in hues inverse to that of the classic Venom, the character will make its debut in the six-issue arc “New Ways To Die,” beginning in August’s “The Amazing Spider-Man” #568 by Dan Slott and John Romita, Jr.

Additionally, preview materials provided to EW.com indicate that former Venom symbiote host Eddie Brock is returning to the world of Spider-Man in June, as is Norman Osborn. Mary Jane Watson is also hinted to play a key role in upcoming stories.
