The legendary illustrator of such enduring works as “Give Me Liberty” and “For the Man who has Everything”, Dave Gibbons talks to CBR TV about the feature film adaptation of his and Alan Moore’s classic DC Comics graphic novel, “Watchmen.”

In this exclusive on-camera interview filmed at New York Comic Con, Gibbons discusses with CBR Executive Producer Jonah Weiland his experience of seeing Dan Drieberg’s Owl Ship in real life, replicated faithfully to every detail from the artist’s 20-year-old schematics. Gibbons also talks about harvesting such documents and other artwork for the various “Watchmen” archival projects, and touches on his desire to work in other genres like westerns, mysteries and humor.
