GREEN LANTERN

Actor Chris Pine confirmed to MTV that he has been in talks to play the role of Hal Jordan, but hasn't seen a script. "I had a meeting with [casting director] Pam Dixon and [executive producer] Donald De Line, but a meeting was all it was," Pine said. "I have not been offered squat. I do not have the part and haven't read a script."

Directed by Martin Campbell, release date: December 10, 2010.

SUB-MARINER

Speaking of MTV, they spoke to actor Vin Diesel who admitted that he discussed yelling "Imperious Rex," but would prefer something Latverian.

No release date announced.
