Has Frazetta not regained rights to artwork?

On June 28th, CBR posted a press release it received announcing that Frank Frazetta had regained all rights to his artwork in a settlement "of all claims with his publisher, Underwood Books." The full text of the press release can be found here and was printed without comment.

July 1st, CBR received from the same source the following letter from the Law Office of Tedd Kessler, requesting the removal of the press release with no explanation given. CBR has reprinted the letter in full, without comment, below.
