Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian has confirmed on his blog and in a new interview with The Quietus that he is writing a Lobo project for DC Comics. The news was first revealed by artist Sam Keith in this interview with CBR News.

“Scott Ian from Anthrax, he wanted to write a Lobo story and they asked me if I would draw it. And I said, well if I don't write this one, it has a lot better chance of making sense,” Keith said.

It is unknown at this time what format the project will take or what title it will be released under.
