Midtown Comics in New York City will present Paul Levitz signing the Legion of Superheroes #1 from DC Comics.

Legion of Superheroes This exciting series picks up from Geoff Johns’ "Superman and the Legion of Super-Heroes" storyline and creates all-new stories, including a Green Lantern Corps tie-in and the destruction of a major planet! Fan-favorite legionnaire Paul Levitz and artist Yildiray Cinar (Teen Titans) revitalize one of DC's most beloved franchises starting with an oversized first issue with a Variant cover by superstar artist Jim Lee!

Paul Levitz has held many roles with DC Comics in the 35 plus years since he first started as an editor with the company. His most notable positions would be president of DC Comics from 2002-2009 and his off and on again relationship as writer on Legion of Superheroes from 1974 to 1989. Levitz is returning to the world he helped make so popular with Legion of Superheroes #1 set to be release May 19th.
