Latino Review caught up with actor Temura Morrison over the weekend at an "Empire Strikes Back" celebration at Disney World. The actor confirmed he has completed work on "Green Lantern," and revealed he may be back for the sequel. "They want me to come back in the sequel. They want to show you my backend story for the next movie. They want to show you how I become part of Green Lantern Corps," says Morrison. Is it possible the film series will use the prophecy of Blackest Night or Atrocitus?

As mentioned in the first "Iron Man" film, Tony's father made weapons for the war effort and much of his wealth came from that period. The second film established he was involved in the formation of S.H.I.E.L.D. and knew Nick Fury. The actor also appears in the upcoming "Tamara Drewe" based on a UK comic strip.

Adrian Brody tells IESB a little bit about his character in the film. "Royce is a tragic, flawed, anti-hero, comic, leading man character that I've wanted to play for many years. I had to work very hard to get to that point to convince the studio and the powers-that-be that the strength that is depicted in Hollywood films is often based on a more superficial interpretation. I think real strength comes from within, especially in military minds, and leaders are not necessarily physically imposing, but they carry that weight and they have something within them that I felt that I could convey. I did the research. It was an opportunity to incorporate a lot of things that I love. I saw that movie in theaters when I was 14 and never, in my wildest dreams, would I think I would get this kind of Schwarzenegger-esque role. It is a dream come true to me," says Brody.
Starring Lawerence Fishburne, release date: July 9th, 2010

As our pals at Spinoff Online reported yesterday, Mass Effect is set to become a film thanks to Legendary Pictures. As some of you may know, I love the Mass Effect games and the only shame of the project is that the film version of Shepard won't look like my Shepards:
Release date: TBA
SciFi Wire points out a Deadline article from last week in which Mike Fleming mentions the scripts are in and the film is set to begin casting in November. Like SciFi Wire, I'm pretty much tired of hearing whispers and rumors about when the film might start shooting. I know work is being down and Hobbiton is being reassembled, but it'd be nice to finally have some official word.
Release date: 2012
