While NBC has officially canceled its once-popular superhero drama "Heroes" after the fourth season, one voice is still arguing for a wrap-up miniseries for Claire, Hiro and the rest of the cast: creator Tim Kring.
In a brief interview with TVGuide.com, the writer said he plans on meeting with NBC this week to negotiate a farewell miniseries to air next year dealing with the fallout of indestructible cheerleader Claire Bennett's season-ending leap from the top of a Ferris wheel in front of news media set one year in the future. "There will be a huge cultural and social change in the world. Some [of our characters] will be hiding, some struggling, some basking in the glory," Kring said.
The writer also promised a return for most of the cast, including Zachary Quinto as Sylar and Adrian Pasdar whose Nathan Petrelli died towards the end of the show's run.
