Official Press Release

Runnemede, NJ - Dynamic Forces Inc. and J.A. Roth and Associates have announced an exclusive arrangement with Revolution Studios to produce limited edition and collectible merchandise for its comic book action adventure film Hellboy. The film stars Ron Perlman, Selma Blair, John Hurt and Jeffrey Tambor and will be released on April 2, 2004 by Columbia Pictures.

Details of the license, finalized earlier this month, allow for Dynamic Forces to produce high-end lithographs, giclees, wallscrolls, and other collectible pieces of art featuring images and characters from the film.

Born in the flames of hell and brought to Earth to perpetrate evil, Hellboy (Ron Perlman) was rescued from sinister forces by the benevolent Dr. Broom (John Hurt), who raised him to be a hero. In Dr. Broom's secret Bureau of Paranormal Research and Defense, Hellboy creates an unlikely family consisting of the telepathic "Mer-Man" Abe Sapien (Doug Jones) and Liz Sherman (Selma Blair), the woman he loves who can control fire. Hidden from the very society that they protect, they stand as the key line of defense against an evil madman who seeks to reclaim Hellboy to the dark side and use his powers to destroy mankind.

Hellboy, which is written and directed by Guillermo Del Toro, is being produced for Revolution Studios by Lawrence Gordon, Dark Horse Comics' Mike Richardson and Lloyd Levin. Patrick Palmer is serving as executive producer, and Hellboy creator Mignola is serving as associate producer. Six-time Academy Award winner Rick Baker is creating the special makeup effects for the film.

"I've known Mike [Mignola, Creator of Hellboy] for many years and have always been a big fan of his work," said Nick Barrucci, President of Dynamic Forces. "To finally be able to see his creation up on the big screen, and to produce some 'dynamic' product for that big-screen adaptation is a dream come true. This movie is going to ROCK!"

"This is a great opportunity for us to promote our exciting film through high-end collectibles which are an accurate and exciting representation of Hellboy's amazing characters," said James Costos, head of promotions and consumer products for Revolution Studios.

"DF is the industry's largest producer of high-end art reproductions," explained Russell Binder, of J.A. Roth and Associates. "There was really no other choice in this category and we're very happy to be working with them on this project."
