SPIDER-MAN: TURN OFF THE DARK
Well, I had hoped to bring you some video from the Good Morning America appearance of Bono, the Edge, director Julie Taymor and star Reeve Carney and the Internet did not fail me. The GMA site has the full interview with Taymor and the U2 lads:
If you want to take a closer look at those costumes and sets, our friends at Robot Six have a nice series of screenshots from the interview. Topless Robot found a quickly taped off air video of Carney performing the song "Ball Falls From the Sky" from the production. The Topless Robot guys do not seem pleased by the style of the song. Judge for yourself:

CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER
Collider asked Stanley Tucci about working in a big summer vehicle. He says the green screen material makes "acting really come into play." He also says while he looks different from the Doctor Erksine of the comics, "the essence of the character is absolutely truthful to the story, to the original comics, which is, he's this very smart, very sweet scientist who escapes the Nazis and helps create Captain America. And he's older. He's elderly which is why they cast me." Meanwhile, one of the lads at Comic Book Movie received a call sheet from someone claiming to be an extra. Are the Invaders assembling for filming?
Starring Chris Evans, release date: July 22nd, 2011
According to MTV News, the series will see realization as an "illustrated" film while the live action feature continues development. "Produced by Halo-8 Entertainment, the "Hack/Slash" illustrated film (it's not a "motion comic," I'm told) will be adapted and directed by award-winning filmmaker Matt Pizzolo, who previously produced Halo-8's popular "GodKiller" illustrated film," writes MTV's Rick Marshall. "According to Halo-8, the "Hack/Slash" film will be based on the 'My First Maniac' story arc published by Image Comics."
Release date: TBA
Latino Review spotted this special Disney Channel preview of the film. While the real world part is the same footage from previous trailers, the computer world material, however, is composed of some new material which makes sense of the quick cuts in older trailers:
Starring Jeff Bridges, release date: December 17th, 2010
THE WALKING DEAD
Comicus.it has an interview with actress Madison Lintz who plays Sophia in the series. "Carl [Grimes] and Sophia are thrown together in an unlikely friendship. They are portrayed as two children who seek each other out among a band of survivors who are mainly adults. Hopefully, you'll see more of this friendship develop in the future!" she says. The same Comicus page has a brief interview with Sophia Crawford, a stunt woman on "Dylan Dog: Dead of Night."
Ed Gross has the synopsis for episode 10.2, "Shield": "DC COMICS' CHARACTERS DEADSHOT, KAT GRANT, CARTER HALL AND SHAYERA APPEAR - After Lois departs for Egypt, the Daily Planet hires a new reporter by the name of Kat Grant to take her place. An assassin named Deadshot takes aim at Kat but Clark learns the man has a dangerous agenda that involves The Blur. Carter Hall turns up in Egypt to keep an eye on Lois and he tells Lois about his wife Shayera."
