[Witchblade]Fans of TNT's "Witchblade" series got some good news today as news of a second season order was announced by the cable network. According to The Hollywood Reporter the show based on the Top Cow comic book has been reupped by the network for a 13 episode run beginning in 2002.

While the series is considered expensive for the cable outlet, TNT is plunking down $1 million an episode for the series starring Yancy Butler, it's money well spent. Viewership of the program is higher than material it ran previously in that time slot.
