Marvel released a teaser image this morning that shows the outline of a figure with a glowing fist and a body composed of text that seemingly alludes to a new Iron Fist series. Evidence of this can be gleaned from phrases such as "Hero for Hire," "Avenger," "Kung Fu," "Master," etc., all of which are legible within the body of the figure. The only date provided on the image is December 2011, as can be seen on the full promotional pic below.

Official Press Release

Answers will be revealed at Marvel's "Fear Itself" panel at Comic-Con International in San Diego, which details the fallout from the miniseries by Matt Fraction and Stuart Immonen. The panel will be held Sunday, July 24 at 12:30 and features Greg Pak, Cullen Bunn, Nick Spencer and Axel Alonso. Stay tuned to CBR for more details and coverage of the event.
