Official Press Release

TEEN TITANS #8 (DEC030287), featuring the dramatic return of Raven, has sold out at DC Comics. The issue, written by Geoff Johns with art by Tom Grummet & Marlo Alquiza and a cover by Mike McKone & Alquiza, serves as a prelude to the 5-part storyline "New Blood," which begins in TEEN TITANS #9.

"We're building up to the end of our first year of Titans and I couldn't be happier," says Johns. "Thanks to everyone for their support, and especially to those Raven fans!"

"Readers have been very enthusiastic about TEEN TITANS since its debut last summer, and the return of one of the team's classic members has increased their interest," says Bob Wayne, DC's VP - Sales & Marketing. "With the new storyline just under way, retailers should look at increasing orders on upcoming issues."

DC has no plans to go back to press on this issue at this time. Please note that copies still may be available at retail.
