Official Press Release

Two days after its release, the initial print run of 88MPH's GHOSTBUSTERS: LEGION #1 has completely sold out. Written by Andrew Dabb (HAPPYDALE, SLICES) with art by Steve Kurth (G.I. JOE), the first issue has received an extremely positive reception from both the fan and critical community. Don MacPherson of The Fourth Rail described the book as "a 1980s pop culture revival that can really connect with the audience on something other than just a nostalgic level."

"We're very happy with the response we've received so far from retailers and fans," said 88MPH publisher Sebastien Clavet. "Doing a book based on something as beloved as Ghostbusters was always a risk, there's a lot to live up to, but Andrew, Steve, Serge and Blond all did amazing work. I love this book and I'm glad to see so many others do as well."

Currently, 88MPH is evaluating whether to go back to press for a second printing of issue #1. GHOSTBUSTERS: LEGION #2 (JAN042419 & JAN042420) is scheduled to hit the stands in early May, while the first issue of the GHOSTBUSTERS monthly series is listed in this month's Diamond Previews catalogue (APR042650 & APR042651).
