THE DARK KNIGHT RISES

So, let's talk Tumblers. Subaruwrxfan captured three of them rolling out:

We know more than one is going to be featured in the film and now we have this photo to chew on:

It comes from Ross Petrocelli (via Batman-News) and judging from that profile, I think the obvious question is, "does it fly?" It could just be a close-up section for a particular stunt, but it sure has a certain ... wingish feel to it.

Release date: July 20th, 2012

MEN IN BLACK III

The lads at Bleeding Cool have a look at some of the props from the film:

I like the mash-up of designs in the 1969 MIB Cellphone.

Release date: May 25th, 2012

CONAN THE BARBARIAN

While talking with The Chicago Sun-Times, star Jason Momoa recalled how he broke his nose for the role. "I was like, 'Dude, I have this idea. I think you should break my nose. Would you do it?'" the actor remembers. "My buddy just did it right away, damn it. After it was over, I said, 'Dude, didn't you want to think about it for a minute?' But we're guys and he said, 'You don’t have to ask me twice. Done deal.'" Truly, it is a sign of a deep and lasting friendship.

Release date: August 19th, 2011

SUPERMAN: THE MAN OF STEEL

Before the Trailer has a few new photos from filming, including this shot of what they're calling the "Tornado scene":

So I guess that's what happening in Smallville.

Directed by Zack Snyder, release date: June 14th 2013

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN

Entertainment Weekly, knowing no shame, asked star Andrew Garfield about a certain element of his Spider-sense; namely the one in his crotch. "It's got to be handled with sensitivity," the actor responded. "It has to be non-offensive, which takes some tools."

Good night, folks.

Release date: May 28th, 2012

THE INCREDIBLE HULK

Producer Guillermo del Toro offers MTV News an update on the TV Hulk and its ties to the Marvel films:

But will they use the classic piano theme?

Airdate: TBA

POWERS

And lastly today, here's your first look at Jason Patric as Christian (not Gabriel) Walker (via The Chicago Sun-Times):

Airdate: TBA

ANOTHER WEEKEND RESPITE

I'm hunkering down for another weekend of relaxation and, maybe, a theme park visit. I've also neglected a couple of video games, so maybe I'll put in some time in Thedas or Middle-earth. Meanwhile, if any of you in the great, wide Internet discover something awesome, disheartening, or just plain weird, let us know! Take credit, come up with a clever nickname, or go anonymous. The choice is yours. Fresh rumors and movie news every weekday morning. I am Erik Amaya, bracing for the future threat of the week ahead.
