Spinoff Online rounded up a number of images from the Cleavland set, including this shot of Chris Evans in his full, modern Cap uniform:

They also found this interesting photo of alien-looking tech:

Meanwhile, the lads at Comic Book Movie spotted this video of Cap in action:

Directed by Joss Whedon & starring everybody, release date: May 4th, 2012

According to The Playlist, "Drive" director Nicolas Winding Refn told the audience at Empire's Big Screen screening of the film that his goal to make a "Wonder Woman" movie may become a reality. "Warner Bros haven't called yet," he explained. "But I'm getting closer with 'Logan's Run.' I think someone said to me in a meeting that if I get 'Logan's Run' right, then I'll get 'Wonder Woman.'"

Release date: TBA

The Hollywood Reporter's review of the film is online. They say the movie is "merely dedicated to unfettered carnage in 3D." They also add that the setting and look of the characters is "dramatic with sweeping landscapes improved digitally to resemble an angry, sensual time in pre-Christian Europe where dark magic rules and brutal warriors kill with impunity. But how long can you gaze at a landscape empty of story and character?"

They cite plotting that more resembles a video game than a film as a big cause for concern. I have to admit, I'm more curious about the film now.

Release date: August 19th, 2011

Accordning to the Kane County Chronicle (via Comic Book Movie), Russell Crowe created a stir in Batavia, Iowa yesterday. Apparently enjoying a day off, the actor stopped at a local cafe, ordered a sandwich, and visited the area library. "It was exciting because I couldn't believe there was a real-life movie star sitting on the patio at the Batavia Library," said Michele Martzel, the promotional services coordinator at the library. "He was very nice and gracious." The actor, who famously had anger management issues in the past, seems pretty chipper in this photo:

Directed by Zack Snyder, release date: June 14th 2013

Asked if they repeat the famous up-side down kiss from the first "Spider-Man," actress Emma Stone told the Chicago Sun-Times that she's not Mary Jane Watson. "I'm Gwen Stacy in the 'Spider-Man' film. New girl. New kiss," she explained. Apparently, the new "Spider-Man" couple will have their own way of stealing a kiss.

Release date: May 28th, 2012

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has released a new photo of himself in full Roadblock garb:

Say it with me, Reelers, "Who wants a body massage?"

Release date: June 29th, 2012

"Rise of the Planet of the Apes" screenwriters Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver tell Entertainment Weekly that they have plans for sequels, including the possibility of seeing astronaut Colonel George Taylor again. "We definitely have ideas about that! What better plant can you put in a script then, 'Oh my god, Taylor's going up again!'" says Jaffa. Meanwhile, if any of you in the great, wide Internet discover something awesome, disheartening, or just plain weird, let us know! Take credit, come up with a clever nickname, or go anonymous. The choice is yours. Fresh rumors and movie news every weekday morning. I am Erik Amaya, bracing for the future threat of "The Return of the Battle of the Conquest of the Planet of the Apes."
