THE DARK KNIGHT RISES
Christian Bale talks with the Philippine Daily Inquirer (via The Hollywood Reporter) about the end of his time as the Dark Knight and his co-stars. "[Tom Hardy] goes the whole hog. I know that Bane has been seen in movies before. But, in my eyes, Tom is essentially creating Bane for the first time so there's great freedom for him to be able to do so," says Bale. I know I'm glad Hardy isn't using the character's appearance in "Batman & Robin" as a starting point. Meanwhile, Collider noticed several hi-res images from Empire Magazine's recent story on the film appeared online. Check out this rather interesting photo from the set:

KENNETH BRANAGH'S NEXT MARVEL MOVIE
While talking with Variety, the Shakespeare Guy says, "I certainly wouldn't rule out a return to Marvel; we had an excellent collaboration." What other characters would be a good fit for Branagh? I think he'd do wonders with the "The Inhumans."

THE WALKING DEAD
Creator Robert Kirkman tells The Hollywood Reporter that the big revelation in Sunday's mid-season finale will have major consequences when the show returns early next year. "That's going to be a big part of the second half of the season. Shane was very charged up at the end of this episode and Hershel is definitely going to be seen as being kind of in the wrong here," he says. "These two groups are going to be very much at odds when we move into our second half of the season. Our opening to our second half of the season is going to be pretty explosive."
