According to X Ultimate, "20th Century Fox and Marvel are working very hard to make 'X-MEN 3' find it's way to the big screen. They will have a screenplay ready for this movie. They want to have Bryan Singer to direct it. They want everyone back for the movie: Famke, James, Hugh, Anna, Patrick, Ian, everyone that has appeared in the first two movies. They will do everything they can to make X3 happen."
Creator Neil Gaiman talked to IGN's Filmforce about his upcoming projects. "The deal with the devil on 'Mirrormask' was very straight forward," Gaiman said. "It was, 'We will give you $4,000,000. You will make this $40,000,000 movie with it, but nobody in suits will ever give you notes.' And that was the deal and they stuck with it. Henson's came through. On one hand, we haven't had enough money to make the film, but we made it. No one's going to get rich from 'Mirrormask,' but at any point where Dave McKean gets to say, 'Well, trust me' -- we do! With Death at New Line - it was announced in Variety last night ... we were trying to set it up at Warners for years because Warners owns it anyway because they own DC, but it was just getting silly. We finally got the script that everybody liked and I said, 'Okay, are we ready to go?' and they said, 'No, it looks like it's a $12-15 million movie.' We said, 'Yes...' and they said, 'Well, Warners doesn't make those.' So then we had to figure out what we were going to do and eventually New Line -- which is a Warners subdivision -- said, 'Hang on -- we can do it! We will make small movies and we love it!'"
Actor Ben Affleck talked to SMH.com.au about making a cameo in the Jennifer Garner-fueled action flick. They haven't even told me what it is," he said. "I guess it's some kind of fantasy -- I shouldn't say fantasy. It's a dream sequence."
In other news, Gerner told Contact Music that she's happy to be a lady in red. "have had a few weird experiences with fans. Most of the time they are upset about the black suit I wore in 'Daredevil.' I've read the comics and most of the time she's wearing red. But she does wear black as well. But red is what I'm wearing this time." She also said -- wait for it -- she enjoyed her same-sex kissing scene with Natassia Malthe. "I have to say it's the first time I've ever kissed a girl," Garner claimed. "I didn't object to it, I didn't really think about it much, either way. When the time came, it was just a kiss. And it's the only person on screen I've kissed where I'm making sure their lipstick is straight. It was actually one of the best kissing scenes I've done."
