CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER

"Captain America: The Winter Soldier" director Anthony Russo spoke with The Huffington Post about his view of the film and teased things to come for Steve Rogers post-"Avengers."

"We're trying to grow him as a character, and certainly he's come a long way, from where he started in pre-World War 2 to where he is in modern-day America," Russo told The Huffington Post. "So the character has room for growth because of that huge journey that he's been on, Number 1. Number 2, part of the appeal of these movies is the ensemble. Captain America isn't the only character in the film, there are other characters that are perhaps lighter in nature."

DARK KNIGHT RISES

MTV has posted comments from Christopher Nolan and Christian Bale about the ending for "The Dark Knight Rises."

"For me, movies are all about knowing the end of the story," Nolan told MTV News. "Once I know the end and once I know where it's going, then I know I'm going to climb on that train and make that film; we're really going to do something with it. So it was one of the first things I knew about the project, was how to end the story."

"We know that he's altruistic, we know his motives are born from genuine, sincere pain and a very understandable desire for revenge," Bale told MTV. "We know he's attempting to turn that into something good, but we [also] know he has this monstrous personality inside of him. He's forsaken his life for that. Unless you make some serious changes, you know that something will befall him that's not going to be healthy."

Tolkien's precursor to "The Lord of the Rings" into a trilogy. Jackson teased this development at Comic-Con International 2012, but this would certainly be an unexpected development, considering the second film's title -- "There and Back Again" -- has already been announced.

24

Kiefer Sutherland spoke with Crave Online, revealing the "24" film will start shooting summer 2013.

“We didn’t have a script ready for that until very close to the end of ‘Touch,’" Sutherland told Crave Online. "We knew we were coming back so there was a very finite window for me to make the film, to try to prep it, cast it and all of those other things. It was just unrealistic for Fox to try and make it, so they pushed it for next break.”
