As the end of "Avengers Vs. X-Men" and the beginning of Marvel NOW! draws closer, Marvel Comics continues to ramp up excitement for its upcoming launch titles. While the publisher teased a new round of titles for December and January last week, Marvel hasn't forgotten about its already-announced series and has provided CBR with an exclusive first look at John Romita Jr.'s cover for "Captain America" #2 written by Rick Remender. The cover shows Steve Rogers unmasked with flowing golden locks as he grips the hand of a young child. "Captain America" #2 is the second installment of a 10-issue arc called "Dimension Z" where Cap takes on Arnim Zola.

"He's taking down super villains and saving the world and in the midst of all of this, Steve Rogers the person gets lost in the shuffle," Rick Remender teased to CBR in August. "He is so exhausted but driven by this sense of duty that when this situation arises and things move forward, he's going to have a very big reaction. I'll deal with the fallout from things like 'Avengers Vs. X-Men' and how it affects Cap in 'Uncanny Avengers' where you're also getting the return of the Red Skull. This is going to be a very different thing and won't really deal with those ramifications so much. He's got his mind on other stuff in this adventure."
