Deadline reports Wang Xuequi has been cast in Marvel Studios' "Iron Man 3" as new character Dr. Wu. Shooting for several scenes begins today in Beijing. Marvel has also released two stills featuring Xuequi, Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle.

According to Comic Book Movie, RTE Television's "The Late Late Show" featured Martin Sheen as a guest, and the actor confirmed he'd be back as Uncle Ben in "Amazing Spider-Man 2."

"They've called me back, I don't know what the part is gonna be, but I'm going to be Uncle Ben once again in 'Spider-Man' next year," CBM quotes Sheen as saying. "We shoot it in February."

Last week, MTV spoke with Lee Pace about his upcoming audition for "Guardians of the Galaxy" to portray Star-Lord, also known as Peter Quill.

"I go in on Monday to meet them all and audition for it, so wish me luck," Pace told MTV. "I'm very excited about it. The script is great. The character is a lot of fun."

Alice Eve spoke briefly with Digital Spy about her role in J.J. Abrams' "Star Trek Into Darkness."
