The fourth season of AMC's adaptation of Robert Kirkman and company's Image Comics/Skybound comic "The Walking Dead" may be the first where readers of the comic have absolutely no idea of what's coming next.

After a third season that featured some shocking deaths not seen in the comics (and at least one major new survival as well), next fall's episodes of the zombie-fueled drama will have a lot of original story beats all their own.

Today, The Hollywood Reporter debuted a video spotlighting work on the season premier by new show runner Scott Gimple and director/zombie effects master Greg Nicotero. Check it out below for an early glimpse at where the drama may swerve next.
