DEADPOOL

The "Deadpool" movie starring Ryan Reynolds seems to be constantly in-flux -- a fact confirmed to Total Film by Reynolds himself in a recent interview.

"That movie is alive and kicking, and then it’s dead as a doornail. Then it’s alive and kicking and then it’s dead… it’s like the worst relationship I’ve ever had!" Reynolds told Total Film. "The character knows he’s a comic-book character, he knows he’s in a film, he knows who the executives are at the studio making the movie. In the current iteration of the script, Deadpool is aware of the Wolverine movie. He doesn’t say anything disparaging about it but he does at one point play with the Deadpool action figure with some curiosity."

It actually sounds quite a bit like the "Deadpool" video game recently released by High Moon Studios and Activision, written by Daniel Way. There's no telling what's going to come of the film, but it seems fans will get more than one back-on-track/on-the-back-burner update before the film sees the light of day.

ARROW

Colton Haynes spoke with Flicks and the City about the upcoming second season of "Arrow," confirming there will be a time-jump between the first and second seasons.

"I do know that within the very first episode, you find out there is a four month time jump," Haynes said. "At that point, Thea and Roy's relationship is really -- they're really in it. Obviously they're young and anything can happen with young love, but I've watched TV shows where people have stayed together for years and years, gone through their hardships together through seasons, but I feel like they're going to be faced with a really hard decision based on who finds out -- who unmasks the Hood, who finds out."

Airs Wednesdays on the CW

DARK UNIVERSE

While speaking about his upcoming film "Pacific Rim," Guillermo del Toro briefly updated MTV about "Dark Universe," his "Justice League Dark" film, and how it might connect to Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel."

"I think the thing about the 'Dark Universe,' you have this possibility of basically creating a supernatural group, and you can play by different rules, but I would love to see the DC Universe become as cohesive as the Marvel film universe," said del Toro. "So if there's any correlation, I will honor it."

AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.

SFX Magazine spoke with Ming-Na Wen about her role as Agent Melinda May in "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," and while the actress was clearly sworn to secrecy, she was able to say a little bit about what to expect from the fall series.
