WHAT: The Minneapolis College of Art and Design is rescheduling the weekend intensive study in the culture and creation of Japanese Manga (Comics) and Anime (Animation) for November 16-18.

Workshop schedule includes: Dr. Sharon Kinsella,Yale University; Maggie Weidner, Stanford University; Dr. Marc Hairston, University of Texas; Christopher Couch, Editor-in-Chief for CPM Manga; Eri Rei Izawa, Game Designer; Phil Anderson, MCAD Assistant Professor; and Lea Hernandez, Artist, and instructor of Master Drawing session.

Participants of Schoolgirls & Mobilesuits will be wholly immersed in the culture of Japanese Manga and Anime through film screenings, lectures, and a Master Drawing session.

WHEN: Friday, November 16 - Sunday, November 18

Registration: An all-access pass, including admission to all lectures, film screenings and the Master Drawing session is $60. For an additional $505, registrants will receive one undergraduate college credit for the weekend intensive. Register online www.mcad.edu/anime
