Marvel's celebrating their 75th anniversary all year long with covers by Alex Ross, and CBR has the exclusive reveal of his variant for May's "All-New X-Men" #27.

Like the painter's prior 2014 variants -- which include the upcoming new "Daredevil" and "Amazing Spider-Man" #1s -- this image pays tribute to Marvel's history, depicting both the original X-Men and members of the "All-New, All-Different" cast that joined the team in 1975's "Giant-Size X-Men" #1. Silver Age X-Men is familiar territory for Ross, including famous depictions like his Angel-centric cover of 1994's "Marvels" #2.

Marvel's full May 2014 solicitations are set to debut later this week; CBR will exclusively debut more May X-Men covers and solicitations later this afternoon.
