THE FLASH

According to Deadline, Michelle Harrison has been cast in the recurring role of Nora Allen, Barry's mother, in the CW's "The Flash." Harrison previously starred on the network's medical drama "Emily Owens, MD."

ARROW

TV Line has posted many new quotes from the cast of "Arrow" about the directions of the characters moving forward through the rest of the season -- including the development of Felicity Smoak.

"You will see more of Felicity training in general, yes, but you will see her training with Diggle as well," David Ramsey told TV Line. "Oliver has Roy to train, and I have Felicity to train. That's pretty much where we're going with this."

Plus, Caity Lotz briefly discussed the upcoming "Birds of Prey" episode and the return of Jessica de Gouw as The Huntress.

"There's a dope showdownn, that's for sure," Lotz told TV Line. "There's also some cool stuff with Laurel, because The Huntress takes hostages and Laurel is one of them. So there's that whole dynamic where Laurel doesn't know Sara's secret, what her sister's actually been up to!"

Airs Wednesdays on the CW

CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER

According to Stitch Kingdom, the running time of "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" clocks in at 136 minutes -- or 2 hours, 16 minutes -- which is second only to "The Avengers" (143 minutes, or 2 hours, 23 minutes). Not much else to report, other than viewers should strap in for a longer run than other Marvel films.

ALL HAIL THE KING

Last night was the world premiere of "All Hail The King", and the cast and crew were on hand for a short Q&A session about Trevor Slattery's time in prison.

"He's an amalgam of actors that I've worked with -- actors who I drank with in the pub afterwards who would go on and on and on about their playing King Lear in Croydon, [England]," Kingsley said of the character. "If the people of Croydon are listening, I have nothing but respect To be fair, we've put Croydon in a big film! It's a salute to the struggling actor who suddenly gets an enormous break and is propelled into infamy."

Now available on the "Thor: The Dark World" Blu-ray.

MUPPETS: MOST WANTED

Here's a new trailer for "Muppets: Most Wanted" with some really cool new footage.

HAROLD RAMIS (1944-2014)

Harold Ramis, writer director and actor known for his work on "Ghostbusters," "Caddyshack," "Groundhog Day" and many more films, passed away yesterday at the age of 69. It's a huge loss of a fantastic talent and one of the most unique minds in Hollywood. Rest in peace, sir.
