TRANSFORMERS

A scooper at Ain't It Cool News caught director Michael Bay at a screening of "The Island," where the lord of the blockbusters said that "he hopes to start shooting early next year, and that the voices, won't be the original cast, from the old cartoon, but different voices ... He wants a fresh approach to 'The Transformers.'"

V FOR VENDETTA

Ain't It Cool News also has an update on the filming in London, as well as some photos over at This is London.

GHOST RIDER

Superhero Hype has set photos of the carnival set where Johnny Blaze will get his stunt-riding start.

JUSTICE LEAGUE

Comics Continuum has screen captures on this Saturday's episode "Double Date," written by CBR alumna Gail Simone. "It was different from writing comics in that more people have input," Simone said. "It was fun and a really great experience. If I was asked, I would certainly do it again."

X-MEN 3

Actor Scott Madej has a graphic on his official site that implies he'll have an X-Men related announcement on Monday. We'll keep tabs on it for you, and report back.

SKY HIGH

There's a piece about the scoring sessions for the superhero-themed Disney movie at Soundtrack.net, which has the composer Michael Giacchino discussing the work.
