AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON

Moviefone spoke with Scarlett Johansson about the possible future of Black Widow, specifically what fans can expect from the character's upcoming appearance in "Avengers: Age of Ultron."

"I think all of these characters have dark pasts. A lot of us are superheroes that didn't choose to be," Johansson told Moviefone. "My character is a mercenary to begin with and was sort of put into the Widow program. She's had a dark past, and she's just beginning to discover how her past affects her when we see her in 'Cap 2.' I think she's had to dehumanize in a way, obviously, as anyone in that position does just to be able to accomplish the things that she's had to. But now she's like, 'Wow, I actually have nightmares about this stuff.' She's starting to realize, 'Wow, I'm a product of what I've done in some way.' And I think, in 'Avengers 2,' it's about time that our past comes back to haunt us in some way –- all of us, I think, in one way or another."

New photos of Chris Evans as Captain America from the film's Korea shoot indicated that official Avengers uniforms may be on the way -- check out that iconic "A" insignia on his shoulder.

TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES

New information has surfaced for "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" -- specifically, some of the voice talent that will take on the roles of the Heroes in a Half Shell. "Jackass" and "Bad Grandpa" star Johnny Knoxville has signed on to provide the voice of Leonardo, while "Monk" lead Tony Shalhoub is set to voice Splinter. Knoxville and Shalhoub join the already-announced cast of Megan Fox, Noel Fisher, Jeremy Howard, Alan Ritchson, William Fichtner, Will Arnett and Whoopi Goldberg.

MAN OF STEEL 2

Holly Hunter, Callan Mulvey and Tao Okamoto have joined the "Man of Steel" sequel in roles "newly created for the film."

"Holly has always been one of my favorite actresses; she has immense talent and is always captivating on screen," director Zack Snyder said via press release. "I had an opportunity to meet her a while back and knew instantly that I had to work with her, so as we began writing the script I made sure to create a role specifically for her. I just had the good fortune to work with Callan on '300: Rise of an Empire' and was very impressed with his incredible talent. He’s a fantastic actor and I’m looking forward to having the chance to work with him again. And, quite simply, Tao is a striking presence whose beauty is aptly rivaled by her amazing abilities as an actress. I’m really excited to have her joining us on this adventure."

AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.

Wrapping up, Marvel has begun a new artistic initiative for "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." that pairs some of the top artists of the comics with upcoming episodes to create unique poster prints. Mike Del Mundo is first up with an image that teases next week's "Turn, Turn, Turn" episode that features the inevitable encounter with The Clairvoyant.

"For fans who saw 'End of the Beginning,' we’ve been looking for The Clairvoyant, and the team came to some realizations and conclusions where we think it’s is a high level S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, and so the idea of S.H.I.E.L.D. being a maze and that there’s a rat in the maze and no one trusting anyone…I thought Mike did a great job of capturing that," executive producer Jeffrey Bell told EW.com. "I think if you saw 16, the stakes really went up a lot, and I think when you come back next week for 17, that will only continue to be more true. And we feel like if you look at a 22 episode season as a movie, we’re in the 3rd act of the movie. And from here on, its just full on action and urgency and momentum, and sometimes it takes awhile to set everything up, but we think we’re going to bring all those dominoes together really nicely for here through 22."
