Although fans still don't know when they might get their hands on "Disney Infinity 2.0", Disney Interactive has released a very exciting trailer in anticipation of "Guardians of the Galaxy's" August 1 release. The trailer gives an overview of the Play Set campaign, which features Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Rocket Raccoon and Groot as they head into Knowhere, crash-landing their ship. The playset and figures are clearly based on the film incarnation of the Guardians with Ronan the Accuser as the big villain. The trailer also features a great look at Toy Box mode, with Avengers Tower looming in the background.

Images of a Star-Lord and Gamora two-pack leaked earlier in July, with an indication the toys would be available Fall 2013.

Check out the trailer below and stay tuned for CBR's hands-on impressions with the "Disney Infinity 2.0" "Guardians of the Galaxy" playset -- and more -- with comments from members of the design team later on this week.
