With "Ant-Man" officially starting production, Marvel Studios put out a press release that detailed a number of new cast members beyond Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas and Evangeline Lilly. Other than Corey Stoll, who has been confirmed as playing Yellowjacket, new confirmed additions to the cast include Judy Greer, Wood Harris, Bobby Canavale, Michael Pena, Abby Ryder Fortson, David Dastmalchian, Gregg Turkington, T.I. and "Iron Man 2's" John Slattery, presumably reprising his role as an older Howard Stark.
USA Today has debuted the first picture from the set of "Ant-Man" in San Francisco -- and the first official look at Paul Rudd as Scott Lang.

Kevin Feige spoke with IGN about the possibility of a Black Panther or Captain Marvel-centric film, noting that he would "absolutely" love to bring the characters to film.
"They're both characters that we like, that development work is continuing to be done on," Feige told IGN. "And certainly, it's a question I get asked more than anything else. More than 'Iron Man 4,' more than 'Avengers 3,' and that's sort of the first time that's really happened to us, so I think that makes a difference. I think that's something that we have to pay attention to. … I've always said we have our plan, and it's served us very well. There hasn't been anything that's made us deviate or change from that based on an opinion, because opinions online change. They alter and they're based on limited information they have to what's going on behind the scenes. But in this particular case, I think it is a groundswell, and I think it means something substantial."

TV Line spoke with executive producer Marc Guggenheim about the revelation that Oliver has a child, which came to light during the course of season two -- and whether more information about it would even come to light during the third season.
"We also need to have that moment happen in the right context. So is it Year 3, is it Year 10…? I don’t know," Guggenheim told TV Line. "We’ve put it out there and we’ve got some cool ideas about where to go with it, should we do it, but we haven’t committed to actually doing it or even when to do it."

The official "Constantine" Twitter has posted a new photograph of Matt Ryan as John Constantine -- nothing terribly new here, but it's a decent photo of Ryan-as-Constantine as he plays with a lighter.

As the series heads toward its second season, it's likely that more information about it will begin to come to light.

According to The Hollywood Reporter Rian Johnson has spoken up about the level of CGI in the upcoming "Star Wars" films. Hint: it won't be nearly as much as people might think.
"They’re doing so much practical building for this one. It’s awesome," Johnson said while speaking on Grantland's Girls in Hoodies podcast. "I think people are coming back around to [practical effects]. It feels like there is sort of that gravity pulling us back toward it. I think that more and more people are hitting kind of a critical mass in terms of the CG-driven action scene lending itself to a very specific type of action scene, where physics go out the window and it becomes so big so quick. I probably sound like a grumpy old man talking about it. I do wonder because I think kids are growing up watching those and that’s the thing that they love now, so I don’t know whether it is a generational thing, and it could be."
