Top Cow Celebrates The Darkness' 10th Anniversary With Bevy of Projects

Top Cow Productions is blowing out the candles on the cakeā€¦to make things nice and dark.

Top Cow celebrates the 10th anniversary of one of its major properties, The Darkness, with a major party in December, and everyone's invited. The lineup includes:

  • The Darkness: Level 1 This tie-in to the major spring, 2007 video game release from 2K is set in the world of the Darkness video game! Co-written by Paul Jenkins (Wolverine: Origin) and David Wohl (Witchblade), this spectacular new revelatory series will give all-new insight into the inner workings of the Darkness!
  • The Darkness: Level 0 This special prequel comic features an all-new tale of the Darkness dating back to the World War I era that spawns the story of the video game! It's written by Paul Jenkins with art by Mattias Snygg from Starbreeze Studios, the developer of the Darkness video game.

  • The Darkness/Pitt Advance Look The much-anticipated team-up between Paul Jenkins and Dale Keown gets rumbling in this special 24-page preview book. The ENTIRE first issue of a four-issue Darkness/Pitt series is written, penciled, inked, and colored, so look for it soon!

  • The Darkness vol. 5 trade paperback Collecting The Darkness (vol. 2) #7-#16 and The Darkness: Wanted Dead one-shot, this stunning volume is written by Paul Jenkins and Ron Marz (Green Lantern, Witchblade), and features art by the likes of Mark Texiera, Dale Keown and others!

  • Art of The Darkness This amazing item is a whopping 96 pages and features the best Darkness art of the last decade with NO ADS. Contributions from Marc Silvestri, Michael Turner, Dale Keown, and more are all contained under its massive covers.
