Official Press Release

The Actionopolis national tour, which began at Wizard World L.A. in March, commenced its Autumnal meanderings this past weekend and added more dates in the coming weeks.

Writer Dan Mishkin (creator of "Blue Devil" and "Amethyst") made a visit the Schuler Books in Lansing Michigan on Saturday, signing copies of his just-released Actionopolis title, "The Forest King". This was the first of what promises to be a series of appearances in a busy season for the fledgling publisher and its authors and illustrators.

The next stop on the tour is the SNAP! small press show in Dearborn Michigan. Gary Reed, author of "Spirit of the Samurai" and Rob M. Worley, writer of "Heir to Fire" will be at the show offering copies of their books to indie comics enthusiasts. Joining them will be Paul D. Storrie, author of "Valkyra" a book on the 2007 release schedule. SNAP! runs November 4th. Please visit http://www.greenbrain.biz/SNAP!.htm for details.

The same weekend will see Tim Wagonner and John Cboins attending the Fandom Association of Central Texas' World Fantasy Convention in Austin. Wagonner is the author of "Wildblood" and Cboins is the illustrator of "Prototype", both slated to debut next summer. The World Fantasy Con runs November 2nd through the 5th. Please visit http://www.fact.org/wfc2006/ for more information.

Mishkin and Storrie then reappear at the post-Thanksgiving Mid-Ohio-Con. That show runs November 25th-26th in Columbus, OH. Details are found at http://www.midohiocon.com/ .
