Los Angeles, CA) – The Hero Initiative delivers three panel discussions for MegaCon, and they all represent a peak behind the curtain of the comics industry in a variety of different ways.

FRIDAY, 1:50pm - 2:40pm, Room 315B

MARVEL THEN AND NOW DVD PREVIEW

Join event and DVD producers Jim McLauchlin and Tony Panaccio, as well as Hero Initiative board member and featured guest Brian Pulido as they offer a special sneak preview of the upcoming Hero Initiative DVD that stars Stan Lee, Joe Quesada and Kevin Smith in their hours-long discussion of life in comics from Hero's live event staged at UCLA last December. This panel discussion is free to all MegaCon attendees.

SAT., 11:00am - 11:50am, Room 309A

COMIC WRITING 101

The acclaimed writer of Robin, Nightwing, Rush City and more pulls back the curtain on his decades of experience to tell you the ins-and-outs of comic writing. Come prepared, ask your questions, and learn from a master.

COMIC INKING WITH DREW GERACI AND ROB HUNTER

They've worked on 52, Sojourn, Necromancer, Iron Man and more! If you wanna break into the biz, these artisans and their decades of experience will give you the tips and tricks you need. Come prepared, ask your questions, and learn from the masters!
