It started with the Vault Keeper. It was resparked by Rick Grimes years later. In between and all around has been Matt Murdock.

I write in my spare time, so I set up my site to feature some writing. To promote the writing, I joined Twitter. I met a stack of people on Twitter which landed me the gig writing comic gonzo at The Weekly Crisis (weeklycrisis.com). Through all of that, I started thoughtballoons (thought-balloons.com), a comic scripting exercise site. Soon after, I slipped my foot in the CBR door. It’s been a long journey from fictional to factual writer but I still wear both hats, at times.

I’m the bronzed Aussie of the CBR experience. If you think that means I look like Chris Hemsworth then feel free to ignore the image posted here. I’ve lived in one of the poorest areas of Australia and now live in the capital. To experience the rest of the world I utilise the Internet. I pay the bills by primary school teaching and my wife and very young son thank me for periodically dedicating time to being an Assistant Principal. One day writing will give me enough money to retire, at the moment it pays for all my comics with change.
