IDW to release "Ghost Whisperer" comic written by show's writers

Fans of Ghost Whisperer may not be able to communicate with the dead, but come March they will get to see more ghosts who are stuck between earth and the afterlife. That's because IDW Publishing is presenting a five-issue monthly comic series that spins out of the hit CBS television show starring Jennifer Love Hewitt as Melinda Gordon, the medium who helps ghosts cross over.

NBC Universal Television DVD, Music and Consumer Products Group has commissioned comic book icon Steven Parke to help create and illustrate the CD packaging for the the upcoming "Heroes" soundtrack. In addition to Parke's comic renderings of each featured band, the "Heroes" soundtrack also features some of artist Tim Sale's images that were seen in the second season of the hit series.
