Sometimes an emotional teenager has her reasons. In 'Send In The Clowns,' Betty is concerned for her classmate, Shrill and wants to help after her break up with Sayid. Betty soon finds that there is more to Shirll's behavior than a broken heart. Her little sister needs cancer treatment and only Ronald McDonald House can help her. It doesn't take much to persuade Veronica to help pay for the treatment and the entire gang are on a plane to pitch in for their new friend and her family.
