Top 25 VS.

Welcome to the Top 25 VS – Comic Book Resources' Top 25 Comic Book Rivalries, as voted on by the readers of CBR!

We asked our readers to pick their favorite rivalries between comic book characters, the match-ups that comic book writers return to over and over again because the readers demand to see them - the rivalries that film franchises are built upon! Our readers responded and cast their ballots en masse!

Each voter was asked to supply their ten favorite comic book rivalries, ranked in order from #1 (their favorite match-up) to #10 (their tenth favorite fight). For a #1 vote, the fight was awarded 10 points. For a #2 vote, 9 points, #3 vote, 8 points, etc.

CBR's Brian Cronin tabulated all the points and came up with the Top 25 Comic Book Rivalries, which we now present to you! Rivalries that have lasted almost seventy years are presented here, as well as some more modern match-ups, representing some of the most famous comic book superheroes of all time, like Superman, Spider-Man, Batman, Wolverine and the Incredible Hulk!

The Top 25 Vs. is brought to you by the Marvel animated feature “Hulk Vs.,” available on DVD and Blu-ray January 27th.
