AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR
Collider caught up with directors Joe and Anthony Russo and learned more about the shooting schedule for "Avengers: Infinity War."

“We start shooting both of them later this year in November and we’re primarily going to be based in Atlanta again," said one of the Russo brothers. "That’s where we’ll do out stage work and some exteriors. There will be locations from around the world involved as well. We actually relocate to Atlanta in late July to finish up pre-production there. We don’t come back to L.A. until the following June.”

“We’re shooting them concurrently, meaning that some days we’ll be shooting the first movie and some days we’ll be shooting the second movie. Just jumping back and forth. We won’t look like this next year.”

They also clarified that the earlier comment about "Infinity War" featuring 67 characters was "figurative." "[T]here’s a lot of characters. 'Infinity War' is meant to be the culmination of the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe up to that point. It’s very ambitious in its scope, it wants to take everything that you’ve seen before and coalesce into some kinda of climactic ending. It’s complicated , ambitious storytelling…We’re not talking about lead characters, just people that make an appearance.”

Part 1 opens May 4, 2018; Part 2 opens May 3, 2019

ARROW
TV Line has a run down of teases for the back half of "Arrow's" current season. EP Wendy Mericle teases Oliver's regression, asking, "Will Oliver go back on who he's become, and become more of a Season 1-type Oliver, who's willing to kill?" Mericle also described Damien Darhk as "megalomaniacal" and that he sees himself as "a new god." Colton Haynes will return as Roy "at least temporarily" and there will be a flash forward "between Episodes 10 and 15."

BLACK PANTHER
Director Ryan Coogler recently spoke to HeyUGuys about "Black Panther." When asked if he would come at the movie with the same level of personal connection on display in "Creed," the director replied, "absolutely, that's definitely the plan."

The director also spoke to his history with comic books and excitement about taking on a Marvel movie. “I’m excited," said Coogler. "I grew up very into pop culture, very into comic books, so it’s something that is just as personal to me as the last couple of films I was able to make. I feel really fortunate to be able to work on something that I’m this passionate about again.”

CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR
Collider spoke with directors Joe and Anthony Russo about the status of "Civil War," with the directors stating that they are a month away from "locking picture," which means the "movie will be set in stone at that point. We’ll still have visual effects to work on for another six weeks or so after that point.”

They also said that "Civil War" has been "the easiest post process we’ve ever had on a film. We’re very happy with how the movie was. Everyone is very happy with where the movie was. For us, the tricky thing is the effects because it’s a very complicated movie and there are some really big sequences in the film. The effects are on a much larger scale than the work we did on 'Winter Soldier.' That’s the part that becomes really difficult because you don’t have a lot of time and everyone has very high standards. So everyone starts killing themselves at this point. We’re finishing up the music -- Henry Jackman is back to score and we’re really happy with the score. He leaves for London in two weeks and we do a few reshoots next week…we’ll be done with the movie in two and a half months.”

DAREDEVIL
Head of Marvel TV Jeph Loeb spoke to ComicBook.com about "Daredevil's" second season, teasing the division caused by new cast members Jon Bernthal and Elodie Yung.

"What's fantastic about the story is, is that it's created this enormous division in his life," said Loeb. "Because the woman that he once loved has returned, and she certainly has some issues with morality, and how you get the job done, and going on the other end of the spectrum is Frank Castle, who believes that justice needs to be served in a particular way."

Loeb also praised both Bernthal and Yung. "Jon Bernthal has succeeded in his quest," said Loeb. "His Punisher is extraordinarily memorable, in every way." And on the topic of Daredevil's ex, the assassin known as Elektra, Loeb said: "You will fall in love with Elodie Yung as Elektra, and she will break your heart, because that's what Elektra does to people,"

The influx of new characters will also highlight Matt Murdock's moral quandaries. "For Matt, who believes in the law, the question of whether or not he is a vigilante, and whether or not that makes him the same as these people, is something that will drive the story, and will drive Matt," said Loeb. "And in his performance, Charlie Cox will really raise some hard questions: when you decide to put on a mask and go out and seek justice, and you are not somebody who the law sees as someone who should be doing that job, how do you get away with that?"

THE FLASH
Whlie talking to TV Line, EP Andrew Kreisberg spoke about Iris West's future storyline with her new boss Scott Evans, as played by Tone Bell.

"It's interesting, because [Scott] can't stand The Flash," said Kreisberg. "He thinks The Flash is a phony, and he has a great storyline about why he doesn't believe in heroes anymore. So, whereas Iris has become a little bit like Lois Lane [as] The Flash's biggest booster, her new editor is dedicated to taking some of the shine off [The Flash]."

Additionally, there will be more developments in Iris' relationship with Barry. "Barry has a much bigger thing that he's going to have to tell her coming up soon," Kreisberg shared. "Things are going to change for them in a way that I think [is] going to make fans happy."

LEGENDS OF TOMORROW
Executive producer Marc Guggenheim has revealed the title of the tenth episode of "Legends of Tomorrow" via Twitter.

Premieres January 21, 2016 on the CW

SUPERGIRL
Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg spoke with Entertainment Weekly about the show's take on Bizarro.

"The biggest thing about it that was a surprise for us as we constructed the character and the arc was how sad Bizzaro is," Kreisberg told Entertainment Weekly. "In a way, we sort of think about her like Frankenstein['s monster]. She's a monster, but she has a pure child's heart. Ironically, in the episode, while everyone else is saying, 'We have to figure out a way to destroy her,' Kara is the only one saying, 'No, no, no, we have to save her.' That makes the episode so emblematic of what's so special about Kara. She's looking to save everybody, even if they’re the bad guy."

THE WALKING DEAD
While speaking to EW, Robert Kirkman initially teased that the midseason premiere won't immediately pick up where the midseason finale left off.

“Yeah, we actually don’t get back to that for seven episodes or so,” Robert Kirkman tells EW. “It’s going to be quite a cliff-hanger.” But Kirkman backed off, revealing that he was only kidding and we'll pick up with zombie-guts-covered Rick and crew right away.

“We pick up right in that moment. Alexandria is overrun. Rick and the kids are all covered in guts trying to get through the crowd. Everyone is where we last saw them, and things get worse from there.”
