The Pink Ranger is about to strike out on her own.

According to the LA Times, Brenden Fletcher, Kelly Thompson and Daniele Di Nicuolo will helm Kimberly Hart's solo adventures in "Mighy Morphin Power Rangers: Pink," a spin-off of BOOM! Studios' main "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" title. The series will have a limited run of six issues.

Fletcher is best known for his work on "Batgirl," "Black Canary" and "Gotham Academy" over at DC Comics. Thompson has contributed to Marvel Comics' "Captain Marvel and the Carol Corps" and pens "Jem and the Holograms" for IDW Publishing. She will also take over "A-Force" in May. A relative newcomer, Di Nicuolo has worked on Dark Horse Comics' "Mirror's Edge: Exordium."

The first issue of "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Pink" will run with two covers: the main cover by Elsa Charretier and an incentive cover Marguerite Sauvage.

"Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Pink" will go on sale in May.
