For the upcoming third arc of Top Cow's "Postal" series, artist Isaac Goodhart has crafted a series of Norman Rockwell-inspired variant covers.

Today, CBR has the exclusive first look at the variant for Issue #12, which Goodhart based on Rockwell's "Shiner." Check out Goodhart's cover art, and its inspiration, below:
