Regular CBR readers will know that a variety of posts went up this week covering New York Toy Fair. Specific companies like Hasbro, DC Collectibles, Diamond Select Toys and many others were covered in detail with write-ups and photos shot on the scene. But, Toy Fair is a gigantic event with hundreds of booths on multiple floors. In other words, we didn't catch everything that happened at the show, so it's time to catch up in this week's TOYING AROUND!

MATTEL | While we missed Mattel this year, thanks to a variety of sources we can all still enjoy the company's releases. ToyNewsI covered it all from front to back snapping great images of the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," "Suicide Squad" and DC Multiversity figures.

In other DC character news, dig the Super Hero Girls 6-inch figures of Harley Quinn, Supergirl, Wonder Woman, Batgirl, Bumblebee and Poison Ivy.

The company also talked more about the four main characters from the upcoming "Ghostbusters" film that director Paul Feig revealed last month. The four toys each come with a piece of the bow-tied ghost. A ghost line in that same scale will also hit stores along with minifigures. A new proton pack will also be available that has a compartment for those mini ghosts to fit inside to project the image on your wall!

Speaking of classic '80s franchises, Mattycollector reminded fans that the Club Third Earth subscription will close on February 26 while also showing off the full line including the sub-only Mumm-Ra.

Finally, Mattel also announced the Master License for Halo which will encompass everything from remote controlled Warthogs and Mega Bloks to 6- and 12-inch action figures.

HASBRO | Even though we attended a special collector-oriented presentation and got some time in the off-site Hasbro show room, we still missed a few things. This new batch of PR photos shows off some new Star Wars entries like the Sabine Black Series toy, plus better looks at Revan and the Snowtrooper as well as Seventh Sister from "Star Wars Rebels" and the pack that includes Finn, Ren, BB-8 and Maz Kanata from "The Force Awakens."

Meanwhile, the company also revealed that Transformers will move into a new overarching, multi-platform story called Titans Return that will lead into a variety of new 'Formers in multiple classes including the enormous Fortress Maximus which is large enough to transform into a base for other bots to interact on.

KOTOBUKIYA | Unfortunately, we missed the Kotobukiya booth this year, but the Japanese company posted its Toy Fair catalog on Facebook for everyone to enjoy! It offers looks at items we've seen before like the Marvel Now Avengers, "Force Awakens" pieces and others, but also gave debut looks at new Alien, Super Powers and DC Comics pieces.

Three full pages are dedicated to the Bishoujo line which will grow to include Tiffany from "Bride of Chucky" as well as a female version of Chucky. Artwork for The Bride from "Kill Bill" and a gender-swapped Edward Scissorhands represent alongside "Tekken 7," "Street Fighter" and "Metal Gear Solid" entries. Finally, the DC series will grow to include Harley Quinn in her New 52 look, Black Canary, Teen Titan Wonder Girl and Raven.

Koto also took to Facebook to show off the final version of that New 52 ARTFX+ Joker that's unpainted in the catalogue. The 7-inch piece is leaned forward with a surprise behind his back, but it's not one you'll smile at if it's for you. He ships in August.

At Toy Fair, the company displayed a variety of new entries ranging from Frankenstein and and Flash to Daredevil, Captain America and Punisher. Right after the event, Mezco posted pre-order pages for DC's Shazam and Captain Kirk from "Star Trek." Both ship this summer.

FACTORY ENTERTAINMENT | While walking from one appointment to another I stopped dead in my tracks thanks to the Alex Ross inspired Justice League piece on display at the Factory Entertainment booth. I had to run along, so I couldn't snap many other pictures, but the company displayed one on Facebook that shows off some of the upcoming Marvel pieces, including the Deadpool Rocket Ride Premium Motion Statue our pals over at Robot 6 wrote about earlier this week.

As you can see in the photos taken at Toy Fair, "South Park," "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," "Streeth Fighter V," "The Simpsons" and even Frank Frazetta's Death Dealer.
