The animated "Vixen" series, spun out of the CW/DC series of "Arrow"/"Flash" properties and hosted on the streaming online CW Seed service, has been picked up for a second season by the network.

Deadline reports that the series announcement was made during a CW panel to the Television Critics Association.

The animal-abilities-powered Justice Leaguer is voiced in the cartoon by actress Megalyn Echikunwoke, who also plays her in the live action "Arrow"-verse, where she will reprise her role.
